Delete your Pomofy account

You can delete your account from the website, even if you have uninstalled the Android app.

Sign in to the Pomofy account you want to delete.
Open Account and choose Delete account.
Type delete my account, then confirm deletion.

What is removed

Your web/app profile, tasks, focus records, todos, project settings, notifications, device push subscriptions, personal challenges, challenge participation and Discord connection are removed. Deletion cannot be undone. Export your data from Account first if you want a copy.

Shared challenge content can remain, without an active account profile. Restricted backups and security audit records may be retained for recovery, security and fraud prevention.

Existing Discord bot records belong to the separate bot service and are not erased by disconnecting your web/app account. Contact support if you also want those records removed.

Cancel any paid subscription through its billing provider before deleting your account. Account deletion does not cancel provider billing.

Unable to sign in?

Email [email protected] to request deletion. Include the account email address; never send your password or authenticator code. We will verify account ownership before removing data.
